We recently engaged RR Kitchens for our Daughter's wedding at Moongate event venue, Bangalore. This was a first assignment for RRK at a venue outside their base location, Chennai!

Planning started almost 6 months before the event. Mr. Rajesh Ramani visited Moongate several times before the d-day to assess infrastructure and to arrange for other procurements.
Planning included a detailed discussion around event wise menu well in advance. Menu was finalized to cater to a diverse group of guests.
RRK team arrived 24 hours before the start of the event and started the preparation.
Guests started arriving from various destinations from 6am and they were served with hot filter coffee and other beverage options. This was followed by a breakfast, Lunch and Dinner that included an elaborate spread!
Positive testimony has been flowing in from attendees on the timely, thoughtful and friendly service that the team provided!
Overall 3000+ meals were served in 48 hours over 9 events, catering to 750+ unique guests!

I am writing to share my family's experience with RR Kitchens. We organized a three-day family get-together with a varying head count of 40 people each day. I received a reference for RR Kitchens from my aunt. Our experience began when I started interacting with Mr. Rajesh Ramani . He promptly prepared the menu and provided a quote, which greatly assisted us in making our decision. Since it was not a traditional function, he skillfully balanced the menu. Our additional requirement was to exclude onion and garlic from every meal. While omitting garlic was manageable, excluding onion posed a challenge in terms of menu balance.
As the organizer, I was worry-free from day one of the get-together until the end, thanks to RR Kitchens. They deserve credit for their exceptional quality, quantity, service, and variety. Despite the daily and meal-to-meal variation in head count, they were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to communicate the head count just one meal in advance. We had requested two people for service, and Anand and Shiva were the dedicated individuals who took care of everyone, from adults to kids. I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience, and I will certainly refer and share RR Kitchens' contact information with my family and friends.
We had an amazing experience with RR Kitchens who provided general contracting services for our daughter’s wedding. From Day 1, Rajesh Ramani impressed us with his thorough professionalism, attention to detail and his grasp of our requirements. We were worried about the logistics of conducting a wedding in Chennai planned in less than 3 months while living abroad. Our plans involved traveling to Chennai only one week in advance. He kept up with our “impossible mission” and actively participated in multiple zoom calls with us and always documenting our requirements and responding to them with immense clarity.

2. Hospitality -- top notch The exact plan is to not repeat even a single dish during the events (breakfast lunch and dinner) and it was planned well ahead. But on tasting my favourite items served ( Rose milk padhir peni) i couldn't resist myself , changing the next meal with the same dessert.
At the last moment i required Mr. Rajesh to repeat the same item in the next meal and he added the dessert without any hesitation, which I think is not possible in any other catering services.

I had engaged RR Kitchens for recently concluded daughters marriage through reference of my friend. Initially I was enquiring only with big names in the catering industry and was sceptical to go to other people. After I met Rajesh he invited me to a marriage to taste his food which was very good. Further to that given some feedbacks for improvement which he patiently listened and implemented it in my daughter’s marriage. We did an open costing for Viratham, Reception and Muhurtham food wherein we were able to add or delete items as per our choice . Overall I was able to save close to 25% of the cost as compared to others. The food served was delicious and was appreciated by everyone. They served the food in traditional way and they ensured everyone was well attended to. The reception crowd was close to 800 people which Rajesh and his team handled with ease. The Seer Bakshanam was also very tasty Overall my whole experience was very satisfying and professional.

The taste of every item... murungai sambar.. manathakali and vengaya vetha kozhambu.. Tomato rasam.. mixed veg kootu.. urulai kari.. coupled with paal awesome.. medu vadai and vathal... was really great to taste on a relaxed Sunday without any concall's and VC's. Icing of the cake was my 71 yrs aged mother could able have it and relished by saying the taste was very authentic ... also she finished the course with the Sweet beeda.. which I never saw in my past years when we ordered earlier also from veg mess to give a break to kitchen.. Great work Rtn Rajesh and Ann Anu .. for a worthful "ILAI SAPPADU" with a nominal cost, high quality, neat packing, right quantity, etc., Eagerly waiting for the next theme... Kudos..
Excellent elai sappadu concept really took us into a traditional world of exceptionally authentic taste and great quality. The portions were very adequate too. The sepa kizhangu roast is still crispy I wonder how and every little detail right from the vadai payasam to the neatly packed paan were on point and mouth wateringly delicious! You brought out the hidden maami in me RR.. chance e illai.
The food was great. They were super flexible with us regarding count and crowd , on top of everything they never told "it's over" to anyone on any items they superbly managed the entire crowd for all 3 days . I randomly remember getting inside the dinning arear , they covered up all our space in treating the guest . It's almost gonna be a week now still we hear about how the catering was and the taste of the food among our friends and relatives. The quality of the food is top notch. It was very sweet of RR Kitchens to consider my small order and provide a lavish spread for the value of money paid.

We engaged RR Kitchens for two functions, namely Ganapathy Homam, Panaka Pooja and Ayush Homam of grandson during the third week of July 2012. The services were very good and they put extra care to make the functions a great success. They provided all items including that of the Vadhyar on request, except a slight delay on the pooja day due to heavy traffic which is understandable and will be avoided in future.
